Deep in the bowels of the Florida prison system sits career-criminal, Greta Christianson, who has served more than 40 years of a life sentence—longer than any other woman in U.S. penal history. When a group of overzealous journalism students embark on a media crusade to secure her release, a nervous, election-year governor commutes her sentence. Greta is now free...free to reclaim what she believes is rightfully hers, and confront the man who spurned her decades earlier...Santa Claus!
In a family comedy adventure entitled, Two-Faced!, the twin sister of Mrs. Claus, assisted by her 50-year-old idiot son, wreaks havoc upon the inhabitants of the North Pole in a vengeful plot to discredit Santa, impersonate his wife, and leave behind an empty Christmas the world will never forget.
To succeed, Greta must fool Santa's closest allies—his elves—loyal but eccentric:
• Morton—an ageless thumb sucker and momma’s boy, with hair everywhere (knees, elbows, forehead, you name it); • Norton—obsessed with any discharge emitted from a body orifice or cavity; always wash your hands before and after greeting him; • Gorton—a 70’s throwback and ladies’ man with an eye-popping wardrobe and a whole lotta attitude; and • Horton—old-school, no nonsense retired military; you got a problem with that?
This is also the story of Andy Waters, a hopeless holiday romantic, known to his fans as “Santa Clown,” a circus favorite. When Andy convinces his wife to adopt a child, he agrees, in return, to surrender his true passion—relinquishing the vagabond lifestyle of a circus performer for a more stable position as a professor at the Clark "Zippy" Carrington Clown College in central Florida. When his wife tires of marriage and motherhood, Andy is left to care for their precocious eight-year-old daughter, Kelly, who is just as enamored with the Christmas season as her father.
Before long, Andy yearns to rediscover true love and return to the big top. But those dreams soon become secondary. When Kelly’s letter to Santa is returned with an urgent message from Mrs. Claus, it is clear that something is amiss at the North Pole. And when law enforcement officials question the authenticity of the letter and refuse to offer assistance, Andy and Kelly soon become unwitting participants in a rescue mission to help free the Clauses and save Christmas.
